Getting Started with SafetyTag 2016

Here are some helpful steps for some common League Administrator functions:

To set your password and login:

  1. Go to the Safety Tag login page: https://app.thesafetytag.com/signin
  2. Click on the “forgot login or password” link.
  3. Enter the same email address that this email was sent to.
  4. Click “Reset Password”
  5. Click the password recovery link in your email message.
  6. Enter your new password.
  7. Go to https://app.thesafetytag.com/signin again and login.

 

To add a league:

  1. Login to your league admin account.
  2. Click on the “Leagues” tab.
  3. Click on “Add League”
  4. Fill out the league information.
  5. Click “Add Leage” at the bottom.

 

To add a team:

  1. Login to your league admin account.
  2. Click on the “Leagues” tab.
  3. Click on the league you with to add a team to.
  4. Click “Add New Team”
  5. Enter the team information.
  6. Click “save” at the bottom.

 

To invite a coach to join your team:

  1. Login to your league admin account.
  2. Click on the “Leagues” tab.
  3. Click on the league you with to invite a coach to.
  4. Click on the team you wish to invite a coach to.
  5. Click on “Send Invitation”
  6. Click on “Coach”
  7. Add a list of coaches’ email address separated by commas.
  8. Click “Send Invite(s)” to send the invite(s).

 

To invite parents to add their players to your team:

  1. Login to your league admin account.
  2. Click on the “Leagues” tab.
  3. Click on the league you with to add players to.
  4. Click on the team you wish to add players to.
  5. Click on “Send Invitation”
  6. Click on “Parent(s)”
  7. Add a list of parents’ email address separated by commas.
  8. Click “Send Invite(s)” to send the invite(s).

 

To view a list of your teams and players:

  1. Login to your league admin account.
  2. Click on the “Reports” tab.
  3. Click on “Run Users Report”
  4. Check the leagues and teams you wish to view player data for.
  5. Click “Run Report”

 

To view a compliance report for your coaches:

  1. Login to your league admin account.
  2. Click on the “Reports” tab.
  3. Click on “Run Compliance Report”
  4. A list of your coaches will appear with an icon for each compliance document:
    • Red means the document has not been uploaded
    • Yellow means the document has been uploaded but not approved
    • Green means the document has been uploaded and approved.
  5. Click on a document’s icon to view, approve, or disapprove the document.

 

To check a player’s documents

  1. Login to your league admin account.
  2. Click on the “Leagues” tab.
  3. Click on the league you wish to view.
  4. Click on the team you wish to view.
  5. Click on the player you wish to view.
  6. A list of your player’s documents appears at the bottom:
    • Red means the document has not been uploaded
    • Green means the document has been uploaded
